Since April, I have been literally fighting with bmobile to get a bill. I normally view my bills online via their b-online medium and then pay via my bank’s online banking platform, however the last bill available on that system is March, 2019.

Calling 824-8788 has proven futile as an automated voice states “We are unable to process your request at this time.” No physical bills have been received since April (bill for March).
